Great to have such an excellent pc business in Grayshott. Melody is always really helpful and responsive, with home visits available if needed, and recently booked just a couple of days ahead. It’s worth having a special annual licence to connect remotely to their workshop so that problems may be dealt with more quickly. A great team, from Andrew and Melody to Dan, who built me a new pc and laptop, and Mike who recently investigated the loss of internet to my desktop pc. Absolutely wonderful people within a company that could not be more aptly named, Melody was so helpful from the start, more than I could have anticipated or have ever experienced with another company to be honest. My email queries were responded to quickly and in a detailed manner, very clear but not filled with technical jargon that wouldn’t be understood, not without explanation. My PC is now operating better than before and at a very decent cost, which is more than it was doing before a remote session with Trusted PC Man. After having problems with a self built PC, I approached Trusted to help solve what was wrong. The team were incredibly helpful and managed to support with specs in line with my requests, as well as advising what would be best overall with their knowledge and expertise. Trusted resolved the issue, which just so happened to be extremely uncommon! Melody joined Trusted PC Man officially in 2006 to assist with the administration and finance. Today, Melody works within the core of the business and she is responsible for our finances, HR & the general day to day running of the business.

Melody’s interests include – Horse riding & anything to do with horses, gardening and socialising with family and friends.

Andy has been working in IT since 1998 & in June 2004 he launched Trusted PC Man after a successful career working for a corporate IT outsourcing company. Andy’s dream was to create an IT support company that delivered the expertise and professionalism of the larger support companies but also and most importantly to provide a trustworthy, friendly & approachable service without the ‘tech speak’. Andy’s primary roles include business support, project management and business development.
