Richard assists us with all jobs Apple, to include repairs, upgrades, software & hardware. There has been nothing ‘Apple’ that Richard and his team have not been able to take on!

Richard is also one of the most personable individuals that we have met to date, so he’s a great resource for us to call upon.

Contractor – Phoenix Power & Lighting Solutions

Jon assists us with networking , CCTV and Starlink installations.

Jon brings with him a wealth of practical experience, he’s trusted, proactive, and an all-round nice guy.

Max Clague

Apprentice Technical Engineer

Max joined Trusted PC Man in July 2025. Max’s primary roles include managing the in-house repairs and working on his apprenticeship.

When he’s not working, Max is an avid PC gamer, he enjoys fishing, socialising with his mates, attending music festivals, and he can make a mean Expresso Martini!

Norman joined Trusted PC Man in June 2024

Mike Williams

Business Support & Project Management

Mike joined Trusted PC Man in 2021. Mike’s primary roles include managing the in-house repair side of the business and you might also see Mike out and about installing point to point Wi-Fi as well as 4G networks.

Mike’s Interests include – Golf, surfing, snowboarding, computer gaming & socialising with family & friends.

Neil Whitehead

Business & Home Support

Neil joined Trusted PC Man in 2025. Neil’s primary roles include managing the in-house repairs, as well as supporting business and home customers with remote support requests. When he’s not working, Neil enjoys cycling, football & swimming. Neil is also a keen music fan and occasional gig/festival goer.

Melody Clague

Finance, HR & Company Administration

Melody joined Trusted PC Man officially in 2006 to assist with the administration and finance. Today, Melody works within the core of the business and she is responsible for our finances, HR & the general day to day running of the business.

Melody’s interests include – Horse riding & anything to do with horses, gardening and socialising with family and friends.

Andy Clague

Business Support & Project Management

Andy has been working in IT since 1998 & in June 2004 he launched Trusted PC Man after a successful career working for a corporate IT outsourcing company. Andy’s dream was to create an IT support company that delivered the expertise and professionalism of the larger support companies but also and most importantly to provide a trustworthy, friendly & approachable service without the ‘tech speak’. Andy’s primary roles include business support, project management and business development.

Andy’s interests include – Fishing, golf, baking, gardening, computer gaming and socialising with family & friends.
