We’ve been using TPCM for IT support for The Hunter Centre charity for just over a year now and the service has been absolutely excellent. We migrated onto standard Microsoft office tools and email - all of which were well planned and executed. Andy and his team are very knowledgeable and efficient and have always responded very quickly to requests for help. Whether it’s an office-based computer or printer or a remotely connected device they’ve always had the answer to our problems. They are so patient and friendly and with reasonable prices too why would you go anywhere else?? We can highly recommend them.

I had a serious problem with not being able to send or reply to emails after I foolishly opened an attachment from an unknown source. Dan did some research, I don't know how long it took, and found that there was a problem with Outlook. He has given me a work-around until it is fixed.

Today i was in the shop enquiring about a wired mouse for my pc.... and the lady that was at the till serving was having a horrible behaviour when requested if she could try the mouse if it works (she declined because she said it's new so MUST work) or otherwise if i can try at home and bring it back IF doesn't work......I am asking preliminary questions. . because electronics can break on this cold and if only she had thought a little bit instead of talking from the bridge end with me, that perhaps things could just not work!!And then she is having a raised voice as if she is scolding her child or something....and says " it's a law in England that if a bought object doesn't work, to refund back!!!".... I don't need to hear about laws or any rubbish like police or court talks.....I'm not a policeman to care about what laws says!!! Either yes or no.....not preach me about laws.....She needs proper training when talking to customers not to shout at them or treat them like they are stupid and assume that perhaps.because they might be foreigners and she can't comprehend what they are saying because she maybe didn't hear , that they must be stupid ....can be actually the opposite .....manners were a problem to this lady sadly....

Our hard drive failed last week and Dan removed all the stress involved in recovering and restoring our data onto a new desktop. I'm so grateful for timely support he offered. I had my new pc up and running within a couple of days. This is a great local company, who care about supporting their clients and with working from home, it's such a re-assurance knowing I can call them up with any IT issue. Really happy with my experience with Dan at Trusted PC man. I had had some bad experiences with some other independent so called 'computer specialists' in the area who just kept fobbing me off. Then I searched and found Trusted PC Man. Dan was so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. He sorted our business mail system out with no dramas and I am so happy with the result.
