Established in June 2004, Trusted PC Man are looking to employ a variety of full-time support technicians based at our Grayshott office (GU26 6LD).
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience actively working within an IT technical support role; candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and be available for a Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom chat for an initial introduction.
Trusted PC Man provides businesses and home customers with a wide variety of IT related products and solutions. Our reputation for customer service is second to none and maintaining that is at the core of what we stand for.

The successful candidate will...
- Have worked as an IT support technician or similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
- Need to demonstrate a confident, friendly and reassuring manner when communicating with both residential and business clients.
- Have the ability to self-organise and to multitask.
- From time to time be available to travel out to visit clients.
- Possess a friendly, professional and a sociable disposition while working in the office and when visiting customer sites.
- Be a trustworthy team player.
Successful candidates will benefit from possessing the following skill sets / abilities
- Windows 10 / 11 operating system break fix /support.
- Ability to assemble new PCs from components, setup and configure PCs / laptops ready for deploying to client sites.
- Respond to email and telephone requests for support.
- The willingness to learn other aspects of the business and to progress a career in IT support and related services.
- Ability to maintain a tidy and organised working environment.
Successful candidates will benefit from possessing the following ADVANCED skill sets / abilities
- Microsoft 365 general administration.
- Microsoft Azure administration.
- Windows Server administration.
- Networking skills to include the installation and configuration of Unifi devices, setting up routers, and other LAN configuration tasks.

Great to have such an excellent pc business in Grayshott. Melody is always really helpful and responsive, with home visits available if needed, and recently booked just a couple of days ahead. It’s worth having a special annual licence to connect remotely to their workshop so that problems may be dealt with more quickly. A great team, from Andrew and Melody to Dan, who built me a new pc and laptop, and Mike who recently investigated the loss of internet to my desktop pc. Absolutely wonderful people within a company that could not be more aptly named, Melody was so helpful from the start, more than I could have anticipated or have ever experienced with another company to be honest. My email queries were responded to quickly and in a detailed manner, very clear but not filled with technical jargon that wouldn’t be understood, not without explanation. My PC is now operating better than before and at a very decent cost, which is more than it was doing before a remote session with Trusted PC Man. The Trusted PC Man, based in Grayshott, is a new experience.I feel so lucky to have their help for the last couple of months. They are now suggesting, that it would be rather good to purchase new PCs etc. I knew that I needed to up grade, but the Trusted PC Man did not, for a second, force me to up grade.I have now been offered to choose from several computers but I have asked him to make the choices.Both he and his Trusted colleague in the office know much more than I do.Thank you Trusted PC Man - I await for your choice.
Being both retired and not very techy, I have found The Trusted PC Man excellent to deal with when replacing my aging PC. The various options were explained simply and easily and the installation was also quick and easy. I cannot recommend them high enough.
