As a senior person and not technically very knowledgeable the help was very very good and considerate from the whole team. I could not have carried out the work without their expertise - very well done all round.

That was nearly two years ago in June 2023 but Andy has now been so helpful again in sorting out, at short notice, an issue which was alarming in that I was being pushed to change my email address because of a potential compromise of my account from a business contact in Canada. Great to have such an excellent pc business in Grayshott. Melody is always really helpful and responsive, with home visits available if needed, and recently booked just a couple of days ahead. It’s worth having a special annual licence to connect remotely to their workshop so that problems may be dealt with more quickly. A great team, from Andrew and Melody to Dan, who built me a new pc and laptop, and Mike who recently investigated the loss of internet to my desktop pc. A reassuring presence in the village and highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful people within a company that could not be more aptly named, Melody was so helpful from the start, more than I could have anticipated or have ever experienced with another company to be honest. My email queries were responded to quickly and in a detailed manner, very clear but not filled with technical jargon that wouldn’t be understood, not without explanation. My PC is now operating better than before and at a very decent cost, which is more than it was doing before a remote session with Trusted PC Man. The Trusted PC Man, based in Grayshott, is a new experience.
I feel so lucky to have their help for the last couple of months. They are now suggesting, that it would be rather good to purchase new PCs etc. I knew that I needed to up grade, but the Trusted PC Man did not, for a second, force me to up grade.
I have now been offered to choose from several computers but I have asked him to make the choices.
Both he and his Trusted colleague in the office know much more than I do.
