Fully stocked retail and repair centre
We stock many retail items to include routers, access points, network switches, cables, peripherals, gadgets, external hard drives, consumables, printer cartridges and more.
Our retail shop is open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5am for product purchases, computer drop offs and pickups.
We will usually quote a 2 – 4 working day turnaround for repairs depending on the issue at hand and the amount of work we have queued within the build room at that time. The 2 - 4 working day timescale is only an advisory and only applicable to ad-hoc customers who are not currently signed up to one of our service plans. We endeavour to repair computers as quickly as possible and we operate on a first come first served basis but please be aware that if non-stocked parts are required and / or the issue(s) require additional investigation then the turnaround time might be slightly extended.
Ultimately, we want to make sure that we fix your machine correctly and we want you to be happy with our work. We are always contactable if you require a status update so please be assured that you’ll be in safe hands.

Great to have such an excellent pc business in Grayshott. Melody is always really helpful and responsive, with home visits available if needed, and recently booked just a couple of days ahead. It’s worth having a special annual licence to connect remotely to their workshop so that problems may be dealt with more quickly. A great team, from Andrew and Melody to Dan, who built me a new pc and laptop, and Mike who recently investigated the loss of internet to my desktop pc. Absolutely wonderful people within a company that could not be more aptly named, Melody was so helpful from the start, more than I could have anticipated or have ever experienced with another company to be honest. My email queries were responded to quickly and in a detailed manner, very clear but not filled with technical jargon that wouldn’t be understood, not without explanation. My PC is now operating better than before and at a very decent cost, which is more than it was doing before a remote session with Trusted PC Man. The Trusted team are always so efficient and deal with issues very promptly. They are really patient too, I am not great with technology and some of my questions must be frustrating for them but they are always helpful and polite. I cannot recommend them enough.

The Trusted PC Man, based in Grayshott, is a new experience.I feel so lucky to have their help for the last couple of months. They are now suggesting, that it would be rather good to purchase new PCs etc. I knew that I needed to up grade, but the Trusted PC Man did not, for a second, force me to up grade.I have now been offered to choose from several computers but I have asked him to make the choices.Both he and his Trusted colleague in the office know much more than I do.Thank you Trusted PC Man - I await for your choice.
Being both retired and not very techy, I have found The Trusted PC Man excellent to deal with when replacing my aging PC. The various options were explained simply and easily and the installation was also quick and easy. I cannot recommend them high enough.

After having problems with a self built PC, I approached Trusted to help solve what was wrong. The team were incredibly helpful and managed to support with specs in line with my requests, as well as advising what would be best overall with their knowledge and expertise. Trusted resolved the issue, which just so happened to be extremely uncommon! Dan did an excellent job of rescuing my data from an old machine and transferring it to a new one. His service was swift and he provided guidance about new hardware as my knowledge was very out of date. I would definitely recommend.
