We stock many retail items to include routers, access points, network switches, cables, peripherals, gadgets, external hard drives, consumables, printer cartridges and more.

Our retail shop is open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5am for product purchases, computer drop offs and pickups.

We will usually quote a 2 – 4 working day turnaround for repairs depending on the issue at hand and the amount of work we have queued within the build room at that time. The 2 - 4 working day timescale is only an advisory and only applicable to ad-hoc customers who are not currently signed up to one of our service plans. We endeavour to repair computers as quickly as possible and we operate on a first come first served basis but please be aware that if non-stocked parts are required and / or the issue(s) require additional investigation then the turnaround time might be slightly extended.

This is the first time I have used Trusted PCMAN. I found the team very professional and capable in resolving the problem I had with my Laptop. I was maintained informed as to what was happening and on solving my problem, they set me up once again to my familiar tools, apps and settings.
If I need help in the future, I will certainly return to Trusted PCMAN.

My aged desktop computer had become unreliable and with support for Windows 10 ending I asked Trusted PC Man for advice on getting a new computer. After providing them with my requirements I was given three priced options. Having discussed each option with them I placed the order and a few days later collected my new computer with all my key programmes and email addresses loaded and data from my old machine transferred so all ready to go. Excellent customer focused service. Highly recommended.

As a senior person and not technically very knowledgeable the help was very very good and considerate from the whole team. I could not have carried out the work without their expertise - very well done all round.
I would recommend them with complete confidence.
It is comforting to have the availability of such a company to call upon whether on a personal visit or by telephone.

I am in my 80's and a born technophobe so when my computer got a serious virus [ I've no idea how!] I took it to P.C. man in my village. I knew his work from when I volunteered in the church office.
Within less than 24 hours it was all sorted - and a much safer security system installed than previously.

That was nearly two years ago in June 2023 but Andy has now been so helpful again in sorting out, at short notice, an issue which was alarming in that I was being pushed to change my email address because of a potential compromise of my account from a business contact in Canada. So calm and reassuring and we are very grateful.
